Qualifications:

NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY. We have a proven track record of developing those with the right motivation and skill sets into very successful Search Consultant professionals. You may be well suited for this role if you have:

•   5+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in an international company or working with international clients.

•   Business services, consulting, account servicing, operations support, research, or administrative backgrounds preferred, but not a must.

•   A broad knowledge of industries, job functions, and commercial businesses is very helpful.

•   Enjoy learning new things each day, enjoy helping others succeed, appreciate a close/supportive team environment, and able to perform well in both local Chinese- and international-oriented situations.

•   Should be mature, professional, service-oriented, results-driven, self-initiated, hands-on, analytical and curious-minded, and a strong communicator.
•   Willing to build your long-term career success, take on new challenges, and deliver impressive results.

•   Fluency in English and Chinese are a must, both spoken and written.

•   Search Consultant can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
