Wang & Li Operation Specialist / Manager is responsible for responding to the internal operations and staffing needs of our company to maximize the efficiency, productivity and results of our search consultants and associates. The Operation Manager shall conduct the internal process optimization and support to Wang & Li’s Core Management Team and decision makers. This Operation Manager should have high initiative to identify key operations and process areas that need to be improved. This is someone who has passion, motivation, and ambition to be a key contributor in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

•   Play a key role in supporting the Core Management Team to execute the company’s business model and strategy.

•   Analyze and leverage historical and current company data to create models and tools that can help the company forecast revenues, and assess key performance indicators that support the decision-making and solutions of the Core Management Team.

•   Organize, track, and oversee the internal process implementation.

•   Effectively drive operational processes, functions and ongoing execution.

•   Support management team to simplify and optimize company processes.

•   Conduct return on investment (ROI) analysis on case execution, projects, programs, and service.

•    Maintain internal databases that measure and track forecasting accuracy and identify sources of forecast error and bias, and provide recommendations to improve overall forecast accuracy.

•   Create ad hoc market analysis and financial forecasts as necessary for core teams.

•   Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

•   Pick-up trends and takes actions accordingly to help the company achieve it, world-class service level and minimize the cost.

Requirements

•   3-5 years work experience related to operations, business, or statistics analysis.

•   University degree or equivalent in an analytical field (e.g. Engineering, operations, finance, etc.).

•   Strong knowledge of evaluation and assessment methodologies and tools with some experience in a sales or customer service organization preferred. Some overseas exposure/experience also preferred, but not a must.

•   English proficiency.

•   Good presentation and MS-Excel skills, knowledge of statistics.

•   Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•   Good inter-personal skills, strong problem solving ability.

•   Able to analyze data and recommend actions and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

•   Independent, creative thinker, yet a team player.
