Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage /expand the work shop on-site team from 15 to 50 design engineers.
•Develops and implements product design strategies and plans for new products.
•Setting design direction for global design and determining product priorities, scope and direction.
•Ensures product design meets and exceeds corporate standards, integrate with current products, meet availability deadlines and offer the highest possible.
Top 3 Requirements:
+7years of experience in wood-sampling making and/or upholstery.
Strong leadership and management skills, Team building experience preferred.
Sepcial Requirements:
Bi-lingual.
