Responsibilities:
1)To build the supply chains for the NPL as well as optimizing the supply chain for existing products, optimize the distribution network to fit with future needs of China OTC.
2)To build a GMS team and ensure that the GMS team provides the required quality goods with a first class service to all customers, on time and in full.
3)To ensure that the S&OP, forecasting, planning, warehouse and customer service processes are clearly defined, constantly optimized, well integrated between the different functions and executed efficiently on a daily basis.
4)To ensure the above processes are supported optimally by IT systems and are in compliance with all applicable internal and external rules (SOX, HSE, QA, GMP and other legal requirements).
5)To ensure that the team is trained in processes and procedures as well as in the relevant techniques that is required for their professional mastery.
Top 3 Requirements:
1)More than 10 years total work experience with more than 2 years in FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
2)More than 5 years experience in Supply Chain related jobs with more than 3 years production and third party management experience.
3)Expertise in S&OP process, SAP or other ERP systems with IT projects experience, JDA or other comparable.
Sepcial Requirements:
1)Engineering or economic University with economy or supply chain post graduate degree.
2)Special SC certificates (APICS).
