My client has a rich history in China dating back to 1902 when they became the first American bank to establish operations here. On April 2, 2007, My client obtained local incorporation status.
Responsibilities:
1.Assume a leading role in attending to existing customers’ banking needs, in actively exploring new business leads, and in execution and closing of deals, under well planned and monitored account strategies;
2.Grow client portfolio under a team marketing strategy;
3.Work closely with team members to achieve various business goals;
4.Work closely with product partners to maximize coverage depth and product offering width, and contributing to the improvement of banking products and services via active market surveillance and feedbacks;
5.Work with Operations, Compliance, Risk and other relevant functions to ensure transactional smoothness, compliance, and a healthy risk profile of portfolio;
6.Back up team members when needed;
7.Prepare himself/herself to become a well qualified banker.
Top 3 Requirements:
1.Minimum 3-5 years in corporate banking and client relationship management
2.Good inter-personal skills and very strong communication skills.
3.Good understanding of corporate banking products and can write credit proposal in English.
Sepcial Requirements:
1.Prefer candidate’s age under 40.
