Responsibilities:
1. Play a key role in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management systems& related marketing research, and customer insights.
2. Responsible for tracking the data from all Sales / Marketing / Overseas departments, especially for maintaining, updating, and preparing all data sheets and guides & etc.
3. Provide technical support to all the business units in Wuxi. Working with the Sr. IT Manager to Optimize the cyber-based working process / work flow of the company.
4. Work seamlessly with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Engineering team to reduce the time to market through efficient communication.
Top 3 Requirements:
1. Advanced degree in Math or Statistics, Master preferred (MBA is definitely a PLUS); or business degree with 5-8 years experience in large B2B companies or other high-tech industry which has giant commercial customer information systems.
2. Strong analytical skills for experience in Data Analyzing, Modeling and Decision Making Support. Must be sensitive with numbers. Experience acting as the key person to ensure the CRM system meets all the requirements from management team. Experience in giving result-oriented presentations.
3. Strong communication skills, able to work effectively under pressure,
Sepcial Requirements:
1. Fluent in English (both speaking and writing). Other language will be plus. Position based on Wuxi.
2. Strong knowledge in Sales & Marketing work flow is definitely a plus.
3. Highly preferred candidates from FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or Autos.
