Responsibilities:
1. Establish the Goals and direction of channel business segment and align the team towards, achieving those objectives, achieve revenue targets set for assigned channel partners in Greater China.
2. Develop the business relationships with existing partners by assisting in business and activity, planning, and forecasting. Identify and sign up new partners that meet the parameters of the PartnersFirst program, especially the Vertical SI development.
3. Ensure channel partners have the technical expertise and knowledge to support Zebra solutions and that they have sufficient strategies in place to support ongoing education within their organization.
4. Complete business plans for assigned territory as required. Cooperate with Marketing team to improve the influence and marketing share of Zebra in Greater China.
5. Effectively communicate forecasting and revenue commitments to all partners and work with them to ensure these commitments are met. Coordinate and consolidate national partner business planning and reporting process, provide the necessary data to management team if required.
Top 3 Requirements:
1. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in English, proactive and service oriented are required.
2. Channel management experience in similar industry is preferred.
3. Excellent planning and time management skills are preferred.
Sepcial Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in any disciplines, MBA or commercial degree would be a plus.
2. Minimum 8 year’s sales experience with at least 5 years’ Channel management experience in sizable business at a national level.
3. Track record in managing high growth in sales is highly expected, Good attention to detail and number conscious are preferred.
