Responsibilities:
This is a role in charge of all R&D of for their Search product:
1. Managing the R&D team with responsibility for video search engine, new search engine, data research, development, and constantly enhancing the core technology to quickly build a stable, efficient business 2. Setting team objectives and work plans, and efficiently implementing and achieving objectives; 3. Team building, motivation, evaluation and training, enhancing the enthusiasm for team work, job quality and work efficiency.
Top 3 Requirements:
Around 5 years of relevant R&D work experience in search engine field and solid management skills:
1. Good grasp and understanding of technical development of search engine and search platforms;
2. Excellent team management skills;
3. Excellent communication skills and cross-function coordination skills.
Sepcial Requirements:
1. Mature, flexible and adaptable personality;
2. Responsible and proactive working attitude;
3. Excellent execution capability and teamwork spirit.
